Shannon Hogan
Associate Professor of Business Administration; Chair of the Area of Business
Shannon Hogan is an Associate Professor of Business Administration at Milligan University, where he teaches in both the MBA and undergraduate Business Administration programs. His research interests include Leadership, Change Management, Team Dynamics, Conflict and Negotiation, and Innovative Methods of Business. Dr. Hogan has presented a paper at the Autonomous Learning World Caucus in Oxford, England, and Exeter College, and he has contributed book reviews on topics related to leadership and organizational behavior. Additionally, he serves as an Executive Leadership Coach for Chick-fil-A.
A committed follower of Christ, Dr. Hogan came to faith at the age of 17, and his life was radically changed by this decision. He spent a year serving as a missionary in Ghana, West Africa, and has participated in numerous mission trips worldwide.
Dr. Hogan’s passion for teaching at Milligan lies in helping students connect their faith with the business world. He enjoys guiding students to think critically about how their beliefs integrate with the business world and leadership.
