Bruce Gibson
Assistant Professor of Legal Studies
Bruce Gibson is an Assistant Professor of Legal Studies at Milligan University. He specializes in the transactional and business aspects of law.
In his professional career, he played a vital role in the completion of the sale of AMVEST Corporation to a publicly held company in July 2007. He coordinated all legal issues and oversaw the entire due diligence process related to the sale, which involved the company’s coal and gas assets being sold in concurrent transactions for approximately $600,000,000.
Bruce has always pursued a walk with the Lord, seeking the Kingdom of God. In recent years, he has come to realize that it is not his work to please God, but rather God’s faithful pursuit of him and His unconditional love that has given him life. This has deeply impacted how he shares with students their inherent value in God’s eyes, teaching them that they are accepted by God, will never be forsaken, and are unconditionally loved.
