Associate Professor of Nursing

Hardin Hall, 306

Dr. Beth Crouch is an Associate Professor of Nursing at Milligan University, where she teaches didactic and clinical courses in adult health. Her areas of expertise include hospice and palliative care, pathophysiology, evidence-based practice, and ethics.

In addition to her academic role, Dr. Crouch is a Board-Certified Adult Geriatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, serving the community through hospice and primary care positions. She has also contributed to the field by reviewing numerous nursing textbooks for publication.

Dr. Crouch’s journey into nursing was inspired by a mission trip to central Mexico during college, where she fell in love with the people and culture. This experience ultimately led her to pursue a career in nursing. She has returned several times to serve alongside others providing healthcare services in the region.

At Milligan, Dr. Crouch is passionate about impacting students’ lives by helping them navigate the challenges of nursing school. She finds joy in witnessing students recognize their ability to persevere through difficult tasks and in reminding them of God’s faithfulness, even during overwhelming times.
