Dr. Brad Ward received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Western Michigan University, a master of arts in organizational management from Spring Arbor University, and his doctor of business administration from George Fox University. He is also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt through the American Society for Quality/Villanova University.
Brad recently published the book, The Motivated Worker: A Manager’s Guide to Improving Job Satisfaction, through McFarland Publishing. Additional double blind, peer reviewed works have been published in the Journal of Ethics & Entrepreneurship, the IUP Journal of Organizational Behavior, and the Community College Journal of Research and Practice. He also presented at multiple Management and Organizational Behavior Teaching Society conferences.
In addition to academic papers and presentations, Brad has a decade’s work experience including Quality Assurance Team Leader and NPI Quality Engineer at DENSO Air Systems, Inc. (2007-2011), Quality Assurance Team Leader/Field Supervisor at Quality Industrial Services (2004-2007), and has served at nonprofit organizations in positions of treasurer and board member. Prior to coming to Milligan University, Brad was a Professor of Business Management at Kellogg Community College (2011-2016).
Brad attends First Christian Church in Johnson City with his wife and children.
