Mary Fabick received a diploma in nursing from Burge School of nursing (1979), a Bachelor of Nursing degree from Southwest Missouri State University (1981), a Master of Education degree from Drury College (1985) and a Master of Science degree in nursing from Bellarmine College (1993). Prior to joining Milligan’s faculty in 1996, Fabick was the assistant professor of nursing in the Lansing School of Nursing at Bellerlmine College in Louisville, Kentucky. She has taught a variety of courses including Fundamentals of Nursing, Health and Physical Assessment, Medical Surgical Nursing, Pharmacology and Critical Care Nursing, Parish Nursing, and Senior Capstone Seminar.
Fabick is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society and the
Emergency Nurses Association. She has presented numerous presentations across the United States and has written a variety of publications for MEDS Inc. Fabick has served on the admissions, progressions, retention and graduation committee at Milligan for many years, as well as the Library Committee, and the Tenure and Promotions Committee.
In addition, she travels the country teaching NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN review classes for ATI. She is also a parish nurse at Blountville United Methodist Church. She has been a parish nurse since 2000.
