Rebekah Chastain was born and raised locally in northeast Tennessee. She graduated from East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science and completed her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Milligan.
Chastain has primarily worked in acute care occupational therapy but has experience in adult inpatient and pediatric outpatient OT. After 10 years in the hospital setting, Chastain is excited to be teaching at Milligan. She is hoping to inspire the next generation of occupational therapist and help guide them in their clinical reasoning and judgement as they enter the work force.
Chastain has been married to her wonderful husband, Heath, for 10 years, and has a 7-year-old son. She is an active member of Harvest Community Church. She loves being outside in nature, paddle boarding, and gardening.
