Due to inclement weather, Milligan will be closed on Thursday, Feb. 20. Classes and extracurricular activities are canceled, and offices will be closed.
Through its residence halls, Milligan University seeks to provide an educational environment conducive to the learning process. Milligan is dedicated to providing programs and services that meet the student’s physical, social, spiritual, and educational needs. Each full-time student is required to live on campus with the exception of those who meet the criteria stated in the Student Handbook. With this in mind, the University and the Student have agreed to the terms and conditions of the following contracts.
Occupancy of the residence hall room will be for the above period of time.
It will extend from the announced opening day of the residence halls until 5pm of the day following the last day of the students’ final exams.
Exceptions will be stated recesses of the University such as holiday closings.
Occupancy of the residence hall room between semesters must have prior approval of the Housing Office. When approved, such occupancy of the residence hall will be at additional cost.
For graduating seniors, occupancy of the residence hall may be extended until after the graduation ceremony.
This contract shall terminate at the discretion of the Housing Office in the event of any of the following:
Payment of Rent
Refund Policies
Use of Facilities
Liability
