Production Director

Collective Church is a fast-growing church in the urban setting of Frederick, MD and has the vision to be a “church for the rest of us.” We are first and foremost the church, but we serve and operate in a way that makes sense to people who don’t go to church, walked away from the church, or are struggling to find a church they connect with. We exist to help people experience God, find community, and do something that matters.

Collective Church is seeking a new full-time Production Director. The Production Director will oversee and carry out all elements of church production. This position requires solid knowledge of AVL systems (audio, video, lighting, and networking) and a commitment to supporting and developing volunteers. The Production Director will provide support for the Band and Creative Teams as we strive to cultivate, produce, and execute intentional worship experiences for Collective.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead Tech and Media Teams to ensure a seamless and smooth production each week, both in-person and online.
• Research and implement new technology to help elevate our worship experiences.
• Support the AVL needs of all ministries at Collective.
• Contribute as part of the Production Team, working with Band Leaders and the Creative Team to create intentional worship experiences.
• Oversee other areas within Collective’s organizational structure to support our vision of being a church for the rest of us, determined by the leadership team.
