Position Overview
Central Christian Church is prayerfully seeking a Preacher/Pastor who loves Scripture, values shared leadership, and desires to shepherd a growing congregation with humility, faithfulness, and clarity. We are looking for a pastor who is deeply rooted in biblical teaching, aligned with the Restoration Movement, and eager to serve within a collaborative, elder-led church culture.
The Preacher/Pastor will serve as a shepherd, teacher, and elder, providing biblical preaching, teaching, and pastoral care while working collaboratively with fellow elders, staff, and the congregation. This role emphasizes faithful proclamation of Scripture, relational ministry, and active participation in the life of the church. The primary focus of this role is the faithful preaching and teaching of Scripture, with other pastoral responsibilities carried collaboratively alongside the elders.
Central Christian Church is known for its friendly staff and members who reach far and deep into our local community. Also, our missions right across the border are something we put a lot of time and effort into. We emphasize our missions monthly inside our Sunday morning services. We meet the needs of our congregation with our time and blessings. And due to our congregation having both English and Spanish services, we are able to reach more people in our local community and across the border.
