MCC is seeking a new full-time Lead Pastor. The Lead Pastor serves as the church’s primary communicator to encourage and shepherd the spiritual formation of the congregation. The Lead Pastor also provides directional and visionary leadership for the church, oversees, and encourages the multiplication of ministry by developing and empowering both the staff and lay leadership of the church. And the Lead Pastor champions the church’s Mission, Vision, and Values and works with the Elders to oversee the spiritual needs of the body.
