New Life Christian Church is a Christ-centered, Restoration Movement church located in rural Chickasha, Oklahoma—a growing community just 30 minutes southwest of Oklahoma City. Since our founding in 1983, God has faithfully built a congregation that values biblical teaching, authentic relationships, and meaningful engagement with our community.
Today, we are a unified and outward-focused church experiencing steady growth, with a strong foundation and a clear desire to take our next steps forward. New Life Christian Church is prayerfully seeking a new full-time Lead Pastor who is excited to build on what God has already done and to help shape what comes next—honoring God, serving others, and sharing the good news of His love.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Shepherding and caring for the congregation
- Preaching on Sunday mornings
- Providing leadership and oversight to staff and volunteers
- Partnering with the Elders in vision, direction, and administration
The Lead Pastor will provide oversight for a staff that includes:
- A full-time Worship Leader / Media Director
- Part-time Youth Minister
- Part-time Children’s Ministry Coordinators
- Church Secretary
- Volunteer Ministry Leads
