Park Springs Christian Camp is a place where lives are changed, friendships are formed, and faith grows. We are a year-round camp and retreat center in Providence, North Carolina where we host youth retreats, men’s & women’s retreats and other nonprofits. Our 40 acre property includes a lake, challenge course, climbing wall with zip line and many other recreational opportunities. We are able to provide food service and lodging for up to 150 guests. We are celebrating our 50th anniversary of providing a place where people can come to know Christ and grow in their relationship with Him and each other.

Park Springs is seeking a new full-time Director of Operations. We’re looking for someone who’s ready to step into a hands-on, mission-driven role that blends leadership, service, and a love for camp life.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• This role is at the heart of everything that happens on the campgrounds, from the big picture vision to the everyday details.
• You’ll lead the daily operations of the camp, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely. You’ll collaborate with retreat leaders and camp deans to create meaningful, spiritually enriching experiences.
• You’ll also serve as a bridge between the camp and the supporting churches, sharing updates, building relationships, and helping grow the ministry.
• You’ll oversee facilities, grounds, and maintenance, keeping everything clean, functional, and ready for guests. From managing repairs and supervising staff to coordinating volunteers and summer teams, you’ll be in the middle of it all.
• This role also includes organizing registrations, handling camper logistics, managing waivers and insurance, and ensuring smooth transitions between groups. You’ll guide kitchen operations, assist with meal planning (and even cook for smaller retreats), and oversee the camp canteen.
• Beyond daily operations, you’ll help promote the camp year-round, organize workdays, support fundraising efforts, and manage a budget averaging $250,000, with care and integrity.
• And yes, you’ll even help oversee the climbing tower, zipline, and a 61,000-gallon pool!!! (training and certification included where needed)
