With approximately 1,200 in attendance on Sunday mornings, we have a strong focus on small groups that meet in homes, Being multi-cultural, we have a Spanish speaking service and a Mandarin Chinese service on campus on Sunday mornings that run concurrently with our 2 English speaking services.

Position type: full-time
CCC is seeking a new full-time Associate Pastor of Teaching & Communication. The Associate Pastor serves as a key member of the pastoral leadership team of Community Church of Columbus. Under the leadership of the Lead Pastor and alongside the Associate Pastor of Discipleship & Connections, this pastor provides direction for CCC’s Sunday morning teaching ministry and oversees the church’s communication strategy. The role focuses on guiding sermon series development, shaping Sunday morning messaging and storytelling/testimonies, supporting the teaching team, and stewarding CCC’s voice and communication flow. This pastor also provides pastoral oversight to several ministry teams and participates fully in the shepherding life of the church. Key responsibilities include:
