SENIOR MINISTER POSITION OPENING

First Christian Church of Noble is prayerfully seeking a full-time Senior Minister to lead and serve our congregation. We are an independent Christian church in the Restoration Movement, committed to the authority of Scripture, the lordship of Jesus Christ, and the mission of making disciples.

ABOUT OUR CHURCH

First Christian Church of Noble is a welcoming congregation of approximately 150–160 attendees with a strong commitment to biblical preaching, Christian fellowship, community outreach, and spiritual growth. We are seeking a minister who will help lead our church into the future while building upon our rich heritage of faith.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior Minister will:

• Preach and teach biblically sound, Christ-centered messages.
• Provide spiritual leadership for the congregation.
• Work alongside church elders, ministry leaders, and volunteers.
• Shepherd and care for church members through visitation, counseling, and encouragement.
• Lead and support evangelism and community outreach efforts.
• Officiate weddings, funerals, baptisms, and other church functions.
• Encourage discipleship, ministry involvement, and congregational growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants should:

• Have a strong personal faith in Jesus Christ and a commitment to biblical authority.
• Embrace the principles and heritage of the Restoration Movement.
• Demonstrate effective preaching, teaching, and pastoral care abilities.
• Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Have ministry experience and/or appropriate biblical training. Formal ministry education is preferred but not required.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Starting salary: $50,000–$60,000, commensurate with experience.
• Housing allowance: $1,500 per month.
• Paid vacation.
• Additional ministry-related expenses may be negotiated.
