The Student Consumer Information regulations of the U.S. Department of Education require higher education institutions to provide students access to certain information to which they are entitled as consumers. It is Milligan’s intent to provide complete and easy access to information students need.
Student Right to Know & Campus Security Act
Annual Campus Security and Fire Safety Report
In accordance with the Tennessee College and University Security Information Act of 1989, the Federal Student Right to Know and Campus Security Act of 1990, and the Federal Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act, the University provides an Annual Security Report. This report is available here for download or upon request from the Office of Student Development at 423.461.8760 or Director of Campus Security Brent Nipper at 423-461-8740. The university maintains daily crime and fire logs. The daily crime and fire logs are open to public inspection and new reports or updated information are added within two business days of the initial report being made to the fire department or a campus security authority.
