Second Harvest is a member of Feeding America, the nation’s food bank network. Its mission is to secure and distribute surplus food and grocery products to non-profit charities that feed the hungry in eight counties in Northeast Tennessee.
“It is so important for us to have community support, like the support Milligan has given us,” Chafin said. “We are a community agency that needs support year round.”
