Dave Chapman has served at Milligan since 2018. He is a graduate of Milligan (BA, Bible and Psychology) and Emmanuel (Master of Divinity).
Prior to returning to Milligan, he served as minister at East Tenth Street Church of Christ in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, for 19 years. During his time at East Tenth Street Church, he served as the Chair of the Board of Advisors (then Associates) at Emmanuel, and later as the Chair of the Board of Advisors at Milligan.
He is actively involved at Grandview Christian Church in Johnson City, where he serves as an elder.
Dave met his wife, Cindy, when they were students at Milligan. Cindy is a family nurse practitioner. Dave and Cindy have two young adult children, one of whom is a current Milligan student.
