Brad Ward
Associate Professor of Business Administration
Brad Ward is an Associate Professor of Business Administration at Milligan University. His areas of expertise include business strategy, total quality management, and employee motivation.
Dr. Ward authored the double-blind reviewed book, The Motivated Worker: A Manager’s Guide to Improving Job Satisfaction, and has published articles in the IUP Journals of Business Strategy and Organizational Behavior, as well as the Journal of Ethics and Entrepreneurship. He has also presented at Management and Organizational Behavior Teaching Society conferences and hosts a business podcast, where he interviews industry leaders.
While Brad grew up in the church, he came to faith in his mid-20s, and this transformative experience has shaped the way he approaches teaching.
