Dr. Ian Lundholm is an Associate Professor of Mathematics at Milligan University, teaching a broad range of mathematical courses. Lundholm’s research focuses strongly on mathematical education, but he also has interests in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and robotics.
At Milligan, Dr. Lundholm coaches the robotics team which allows students in multiple majors to collaborate and combine math with engineering, computer science, and various other majors. Lundholm is passionate about Milligan’s mission to prepare servant-leaders, and he appreciates Milligan’s small class sizes which allow him to get to know each of his students well.
Dr. Lundholm grounds his personal faith in Galatians 2:20 which reminds him that God is in control, God loves us deeply, and sacrificial love is worth it.
