Dr. David Campbell is a Professor of Economics at Milligan University, where his primary responsibilities include teaching economics and finance and conducting research. His research focuses on Public Choice, Public Finance, and Health Care Economics, with publications addressing topics such as health care economics, migration, and tax policy.
