MILLIGAN, Tenn. (July 14, 2026) – Milligan University’s commitment to academic excellence, affordability and mission has once again led the university to be designated a College of Distinction.
The Texas-based Colleges of Distinction recognized the university as well as Milligan’s business, education, engineering and nursing programs. These programs continue to exceed the national average on licensure exams. Most recently, Milligan’s Area of Education led the state in placing its alumni in administrator positions in Tennessee public schools.
Additionally, Milligan was honored for its strong career development outcomes and its commitment to the Christian liberal arts, making it a Christian College of Distinction.
