MILLIGAN, Tenn. (Dec. 10, 2024) — Milligan University will hold its fall commencement ceremony on Friday, Dec. 13, at 7 p.m. in the Mary B. Martin Auditorium located in Seeger Chapel. Over 80 graduates will be awarded degrees.
The commencement service will involve student engagement throughout the ceremony, with graduating students providing the prayer, scripture readings and remarks given to their peers.
This year’s speakers include Mary Kate Mosby, of Johnson City, Tennessee, receiving a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy degree, and Josiah Loveall, of Johnson City, earning a Master of Science in Counseling degree. The faculty speaker will be Dr. John Paul Abner, professor of occupational therapy, psychology and counseling.
The December 2024 graduates include: three Bachelor of Arts, 20 Bachelor of Science, one Bachelor of Social Work, four Master of Business Administration, 13 Master of Education, 13 Master of Science in Counseling, 28 Master of Science in Occupational Therapy and three Education Specialist.
