MILLIGAN UNIVERSITY, Tenn. (March 27, 2023) — Wednesday, April 19, is a day to “Back the Orange & Black” at Milligan University. Now in its ninth year, the university’s annual day of giving raises crucial scholarship and program support.
“As the academic year draws to a close, this annual day of giving is a way to celebrate the incredible education that Milligan has provided for more than 150 years,” said Rhajon Smith, vice president for institutional advancement. “Each year, it’s a fun and festive day full of school spirit as the campus community joins with alumni and friends around the world to financially support Milligan’s important mission of honoring God by educating men and women to be servant-leaders.”
This 24-hour online giving campaign includes various challenges and updates shared throughout the day via email and the university’s social media accounts. There also is an on-campus campaign hub featuring games and goodies for the campus community.
