MILLIGAN COLLEGE, Tenn. (April 27, 2018) — Milligan College will hold its spring commencement ceremonies on Saturday, May 5, in Milligan’s Mary B. Martin Auditorium located in Seeger Chapel. A total of 181 degrees will be awarded.
At 10 a.m., during the commencement ceremony of the School of Arts & Humanities, School of Bible & Ministry and the William B. Greene, Jr., School of Business & Technology, there will be two student speakers: Praise Gichuru, of Nairobi, Kenya, who is earning a bachelor’s in business administration, and Caleb Perhne, Elizabethton, Tennessee, earning a bachelor’s in communications and Computer Information Systems.
At 2 p.m., during the commencement ceremony of the School of Sciences & Allied Health and the School of Social Sciences & Education, the two student speakers will be J.D. McDonald, of Johnson City, Tennessee, earning a bachelor’s in social work and Bible, and Jacquelyn Robinson, New Lenox, Illinois, earning a bachelor’s in child and youth development.
Milligan will award 100 degrees at the 10 a.m. ceremony and 81 degrees at the 2 p.m. ceremony. The May 2018 graduates include 37 Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), 94 Bachelor of Science (B.S.), 13 Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), two Bachelor of Social Work (BSW), 12 Master of Business Administration (MBA), eight Master of Education (M.Ed.), two Master of Arts in Religion (MAR), four Master of Arts in Christian Ministries (MACM), seven Master of Divinity (M.Div.) and two Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) students.
