The Elizabethton/Carter County Chamber of Commerce is officially under the direction of a new president. New Chamber President Chandrea Shell conducted her first meeting in the role with the organization’s board of directors yesterday afternoon in Elizabethton.
Shell, the Director of Public Relations for Milligan College, officially succeeded 2011-2012 Chamber President Richard Tester at their annual dinner on June 25.
At her first meeting as Chamber of Commerce President, Shell stated, “I look forward to working with each of you and it is my goal to engage our chamber membership and board members to become more involved in our community.”
