MILLIGAN, TN (Nov. 2, 2011)—Byron Martin, assistant director of student multicultural enrichment and support at Abilene Christian University, will speak at Milligan College on Thursday, Nov. 3, at 11 a.m. in the Mary B. Martin Auditorium of Seeger Memorial Chapel.
He will also lead a diversity forum later that evening in Milligan’s McMahan Student Center at 7 p.m. Both events are free and open to the public.
Martin’s message in the 11 a.m. chapel service will be “Christ’s Call for Unity,” based on John 17:20-23. His topic for the diversity forum is “Diversity: Why it matters.”
In addition to his role in the university’s multicultural enrichment office, Martin also serves as a resident director at Abilene, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in higher education.
