MILLIGAN COLLEGE, TN (Feb. 15, 2011) —The photography of Milligan College senior Addison Dillon will be on display in the Milligan Art Gallery, Feb. 20-26.
An opening reception will be held Sunday, Feb. 20, from 2-4 p.m. in the gallery, located in the lower level of Milligan’s Derthick Hall. It is free and open to the public.
Dillon’s exhibit, “Pieces of the People We Love,” is the pinnacle of his four years of hard work in the fine arts program at Milligan. The exhibit features black and white film and digital prints of special people in his life.
“This show is about how we look at people,” said Dillon, of Plainfield, Ind. “I hope that my photography helps other people to see the world in a different way instead of just walking by.”
