MILLIGAN COLLEGE, TN (June 22, 2010) — Milligan College is pleased to announce that Dr. Curtis Booher completed his Doctor of Ministry degree at Emmanuel School of Religion (Johnson City, Tenn.) this spring.
Booher is assistant professor of Christian ministries at Milligan. He also serves with Youth in Ministry (YiM), a ministry based at Milligan that encourages high school students to explore God’s call for their lives through workshops, retreats, conventions and the annual YiM Student Leadership Conference. Booher is the dean of the YiM Student Leadership Conference.
Before coming to Milligan, Booher served as a student and young adult minister for 20 years. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Milligan and a Master of Divinity degree from Emmanuel. He is a frequent speaker at conferences, conventions, retreats, campuses and churches across the country.
