MILLIGAN COLLEGE, TN (February 6, 2009) – Area residents are eligible to receive free tax assistance through a program developed by faculty and students in Milligan College’s business area. Trained tax preparers are available by appointment only on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 6 to 8 p.m. through April 15.
