MILLIGAN COLLEGE, TN (September 2, 2005) — Milligan College’s Office of Student Life has expanded its staff with the addition of Jessica Carter.
Carter will serve in several capacities at Milligan College this school year. Carter will be the new assistant of campus activities. She will also serve as resident director of Sutton Hall and director of intramurals.
As assistant for campus activities and director of intramurals, Carter will support and encourage student involvement in the more than 80 student clubs, intramural athletic competitions, and a variety of special events planned throughout the year.
Originally from Laurel, Md., Carter attended Milligan College and graduated in 2004 with a bachelor of science degree in communications with a concentration in broadcasting. Upon graduation, Carter relocated to Knoxville, Tenn., where she worked as an on-air personality for Citadel Broadcasting.
Carter attends Grandview Christian Church in Johnson City and enjoys hiking and athletics.
“It’s great to be back at Milligan College,” said Carter. “Milligan has so much to offer and I’m so thrilled with my new role of helping students become involved through new and exciting activities.”
