Each team will receive their ingredients 10 minutes before they begin cooking. They must prepare one International main dish and one side dish in 25 minutes. No written notes or recipes are allowed.
The student team consists of Eric England, Katy Head, Jessica Conn and Justin Peyton. A panel of local restaurateurs will judge the dishes. They include Julia Hanneken from Atlanta Bread Company, Allen Howell from Dixie BBQ, and Hoovy McGuirt and Andy Osbolt from Barberitos Southwestern Grille and Cantina. The food will be judged on are taste and appearance.
