MILLIGAN COLLEGE, TN (December 23, 2003) – Twenty-eight local students were among 71 to receive undergraduate degrees from Milligan College on Dec. 12.
Local graduates included two bachelor of arts, 22 bachelor of science and four master of science in occupational therapy. The master of science in occupational therapy program is one of only two such programs in the state of Tennessee and prepares therapists to help aging or injured people relearn basic living skills.
The following are local graduates from Elizabethton: Ashley Fine, bachelor of science in communications; Christy Lewis, bachelor of arts in music education; Tiffany Peters, bachelor of science in business administration; and Sherry Webb, bachelor of science in business administration.
Graduates from Johnson City include Jess Baker, bachelor of arts in communications; Rachel Bishop, bachelor of science in business administration; Jason Hindman, master of science in occupational therapy; Joy Matson, bachelor of science, cum laude, in early childhood development; and Bryan Odom, bachelor of science, summa cum laude, in business administration.
Graduates from the Milligan College area include Jonathon Anderson, bachelor of science in business administration; Joey Proffitt, bachelor of science, cum laude, in business administration; and Kelli Scott, master of science in occupational therapy.
Graduates from Kingsport include Jana Gonce, bachelor of science in business administration; Jeremy Hensley, bachelor of science in human performance exercise science; and Jonathan Hunter, bachelor of science in business administration.
Graduates from Jonesborough include Terry Archer, bachelor of science in business administration; Lisa Engle, bachelor of science in business administration and accounting; David Jaynes, bachelor of science in business administration; Larry Luoma, bachelor of science, magna cum laude, in business administration; and Jennifer Wilson, master of science in occupational therapy.
Graduates from Bristol include Bradley Arnold, bachelor of science, summa cum laude, in business administration; Cassandra Denton, master of science in occupational therapy; Gray Holbrook, bachelor of science in accounting; and Karyn Smithson, bachelor of science in communications.
Graduates from Gray include Perry Phillips, bachelor of science, cum laude, in business administration; and Robert Harris, bachelor of science, magna cum laude, in business administration.
Graduates also include Rhonda Cable, of Hampton, bachelor of science, magna cum laude, in business administration; and Jennifer Hyder of Fall Branch, bachelor of science in business administration.
