Two recent construction projects on the Milligan campus are among the top three finalists (in corresponding categories) for the Tri-Cities “Associated General Contractors” Project of the Year Award. The Derthick Hall renovation and the Clark Teacher Education/Faculty Office Center projects, both completed last fall, have been recognized for their excellence in construction and design.
Congratulations to Burleson Construction Company and Beeson, Lusk & Street Architects, both of Johnson City, Tennessee, for this honor. The winners will be announced at AGC’s February meeting next Tuesday, Feb. 12.
This honor exemplifies the quality of both projects and the enhanced value they each have added to the Milligan College campus.
