Milligan welcomes new campus receptionist

MILLIGAN COLLEGE, TN (July 10, 2003) - Crystal Bailey of Erwin has been named campus receptionist/switchboard operator at Milligan College.

Bailey attended East Tennessee State University and is a 1999 graduate of Unicoi County High School. She is the daughter of Robert and Connie Bailey of Erwin and attends First Baptist Church in Erwin.
